How booking, payment, engineers, and the rooms work.
Is the studio staffed?+
Always. Staff is on site 24 hours a day, every day, so someone is there to let you in and help, whatever the hour.
How does payment work?+
Request your time and the studio confirms by text. Payment is settled directly with the studio before your session starts.
Can I add an engineer?+
Yes. Request an engineer with any session; rates start at $25 an hour and the studio confirms yours.
Which mic comes with the room?+
Every room includes its mic in the rate. The Phantom and the Weddington run the Sony C800G; the Brick Room and the Vault run the Neumann U87. Pick the room and you get the mic.
Do you create an account for me?+
Your first booking creates your account automatically, so rebooking your favorite room is one tap.
