Studio rental in North Hollywood
Four fully equipped recording rooms on Weddington St in the NoHo Arts District, from $20 an hour. Run your own session, bring your engineer, or add ours. The gear is included, the parking spot has your name on it, and the rates are published down to the dollar.
What you rent
Every rental includes the entire room and chain: a Neve 1073 preamp into a Tube-Tech CL1B tube compressor, Pro Tools 2024 on a 64GB Mac Pro, and the full plugin suite (Waves, FabFilter, Auto-Tune Unlimited, Melodyne, and more; see the equipment list). The only question is which light you want to work under:
- The Phantom, $30/hr: premium vocal sessions, major label feel, Sony C800G on the mic stand
- The Weddington, $30/hr: soulful and songwriter sessions, Neumann U87 on the mic stand
- The Brick Room, $25/hr: mixing and tracking, Neumann U87 on the mic stand
- The Vault, $20/hr: creation, content and vibe sessions, Neumann U87 on the mic stand
Who rents here
Artists cutting vocals who want a real chain instead of a bedroom interface. Producers running writing camps in a room with its own personality. Independent engineers who need a professional space for their clients without a lease. Podcasters and content creators who want the room to look as good on camera as it sounds. If you know your way around a session, the room runs itself; if you don't, a house engineer can be requested from $25 an hour.
Straight rates, no membership
Hourly from $20 and 8 hour blocks from $135. A deposit holds the room once the studio approves your request, and it counts toward your total. Every number is on the pricing page. Late runs are our specialty too; see overnight sessions.

Can I rent the room without an engineer?+
Yes. Every room is set up for self-run sessions with Pro Tools 2024 open on the desk. Request a house engineer from $25 an hour if you want one.
I'm an engineer. Can I bring my clients?+
Absolutely. Engineers rent our rooms for their own clients all the time. Your rate stays yours; the room is from $20 an hour.
What's the minimum rental?+
One hour. Most sessions run 2 to 4 hours, and 8 hour blocks are discounted up to 15 percent.
What's included in the rental?+
The full room: mic and vocal chain, monitors, Pro Tools 2024, the complete plugin suite, lounge, and a named parking spot. Nothing is metered extra except the add ons you choose.
