What you rent
Every rental includes the entire room and chain: a Neve 1073 preamp into a Tube-Tech CL1B tube compressor, Pro Tools 2024 on a 64GB Mac Pro, and the full plugin suite (Waves, FabFilter, Auto-Tune Unlimited, Melodyne, and more; see the equipment list). The only question is which light you want to work under:
The Sony C800G is standard in the Phantom and the Weddington. The Brick Room and the Vault run the Neumann U87. Every mic is included in the rate.
Who rents here
Artists cutting vocals who want a real chain instead of a bedroom interface. Producers running writing camps in a room with its own personality. Independent engineers who need a professional space for their clients without a lease. Podcasters and content creators who want the room to look as good on camera as it sounds. If you know your way around a session, the room runs itself; if you don't, a house engineer can be requested from $25 an hour.
Straight rates, no membership
Hourly from $20 and 8 hour blocks from $135. The studio confirms your booking by text, and the published rate is the whole bill. Every number is on the pricing page. Late runs are our specialty too; see overnight sessions.
Rental questions
Can I rent the room without an engineer?+
Yes. Every room is set up for self-run sessions with Pro Tools 2024 open on the desk. Request a house engineer from $25 an hour if you want one.
I'm an engineer. Can I bring my clients?+
Absolutely. Engineers rent our rooms for their own clients all the time. Your rate stays yours; the room is from $20 an hour.
What's the minimum rental?+
One hour. Most sessions run 2 to 4 hours, and 8 hour blocks are discounted up to 15 percent.
What's included in the rental?+
The full room: mic and vocal chain, monitors, Pro Tools 2024, the complete plugin suite, lounge, and a named parking spot. Nothing is metered extra. An engineer is the only thing you can add, and the studio confirms that rate with you.
